I couldn’t resist making a Halo Top Mint Chip Keto Munch Cookie ice cream sandwich. ? I used 1/4 cup of the Mint Chip.
I think it’s been a while since having HT, I thought it was richer and creamier. (Though my fave is Red Velvet and I need to get.) I tried a spoon of the Birthday cake flavour and liked that better. I’ll have to try that for my next sandwich ?

I ended up at Chili’s in a small town in Colorado the other day because we were out in the middle of nowhere shooting photos… I didn’t want a salad and spotted the ribeye on the menu.. I didn’t have high hopes, I just wanted to stay keto so I ordered it and subbed the mash potatoes for salad… I can’t get over how surprisingly GOOD the steak was; ordered it rare and it was fatty like I like. Covered in garlic butter!! Now I can’t wait to go back to Chili’s again… lol

You know it’s funny, I had saved this recipe and then never looked at it and ended up making my own cream of tomato soup.. today I looked at @ruledme’s recipe and damn if I didn’t make my own like theirs almost to a T! My differences: I added a 1/4 cup of dried minced onion (this is amazing!), garlic powder (I’ll try minced garlic next time), and instead of Asiago cheese, I used mozzarella… almost identical!! either way, I am happy to have a low carb soup option!
