INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Butter melted
2 tblspns Coconut Oil
7 Eggs
1 tspn baking powder
2 C. Almond Flour
1/2 tspn xanthan gum
1/2 tspn Salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 355 F°

Put the eggs into a bowl & beat for 1 – 2 mins on high.

Add coconut oil & melted butter to eggs, continue beating.

Scrape into a loaf pan lined w/ baking paper.

Add remaining ingredients. Will become quite thick

Bake for 45 min. (Remove once a skewer comes out of the middle clean).
