Keeping with the Cauliflower theme, I found this Creamy Cauliflower Bake recipe by @buttercup.low_carb and it look delish!!! Can’t wait to try it! —— Repost @buttercup.low_carb ・・・ Creamy Cauliflower Bake to go with our ribeyes tonight. =================== Chopped onions Minced garlic Butter 4 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1/2 – 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 -2 bags of precooked cauliflower rice or florets (or fresh cooked cauliflower) Salt Pepper Ranch Seasoning mix • In a medium saucepan sautee onions and garlic in butter • Add cream cheese and shredded parmesan cheese • Add heavy whipping cream • Next fold in cooked cauliflower and seasonings • You can always add more of any of the ingredients to make the consistency you like • Pour mixture in a casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bacon crumbles • Bake at 350 for appropriately 30 minutes ——
