?Snickerdoodle cookies
Makes: 8-10 cookies

Ingredients:
▪️For the cookies:
½ cup high-fiber coconut flour
2 tablespoons blanched almond flour
¼ cup Birthday Cake protein
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon raw sucralose
1 egg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon maple extract
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

▪️For the topping:
¼ cup powdered erythritol
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 325ºF and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the cookies and portion into 8-10 equal sized cookies. Place in the oven and bake for 8-11 minutes.
3. While cookies are baking mix together ingredients for the topping.
4. When cookies are finished baking cool for 5 minutes, toss in topping, and enjoy!
