I just made these deliciously sweet keto chocolate chip cookies! —— Ingredients – 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 cup allulose (or other sweetener) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 cups blanched almond flour (see note below) 1 1/2 cups @lilys_sweets_chocolate chips 2/3 cup toasted walnuts (optional) Instructions —- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a mixer, cream together the butter, coconut oil, and -sweetener. Add the vanilla & eggs, mixing completely. Mix in the baking soda & salt then add the almond flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well! Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts if desired with a wooden spoon. Spoon tablespoons of the dough approximately 3 inches apart on to the cookie sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown around edges and then let cool. Enjoy
