Another rare steak- before ordering I made sure there was no sugar in the glaze… extra veggies instead of potatoes.. 1.6 this morning on my @ketomojo after IF, and a keto max… it should be higher than, I think after all of that though so I’ve got to really analyze where I dropped the ball yesterday! Love me some chia pudding and although the carbs are high, so is the dietary fiber so you end up with about 3-4 net carbs per serving (depending on your milk choices)!! Can’t wait to make some of these when I get home! —- Ingredients 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 cup full fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk (see note) 1/8 teaspoon salt 4 packets stevia or equivalent low carb sweetener to taste (I use allulose) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/3 cup chia seeds (If using almond milk, you may need to up the chia seeds to 1/2 cup.) I didn’t have to modify either of these dishes at the restaurant last night, but I did spend quite a bit of time poring over the menu to try and figure out what I could eat easily that sounded good.
