I just made these deliciously sweet keto chocolate chip cookies! —— Ingredients – 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 cup allulose (or other sweetener) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 cups blanched almond flour (see note below) 1 1/2 cups @lilys_sweets_chocolate chips 2/3 cup toasted walnuts (optional) Instructions —- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Another rare steak- before ordering I made sure there was no sugar in the glaze… extra veggies instead of potatoes.. 1.6 this morning on my @ketomojo after IF, and a keto max… it should be higher than, I think after all of that though so I’ve got to really analyze where I dropped the ball yesterday! (I really didn’t drop it too much though

Love me some chia pudding and although the carbs are high, so is the dietary fiber so you end up with about 3-4 net carbs per serving (depending on your milk choices)!! Can’t wait to make some of these when I get home!

Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup full fat coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk (see note)
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 packets stevia or equivalent low carb sweetener to taste (I use allulose)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup chia seeds (If using almond milk, you may need to up the chia seeds to 1/2 cup.)
Cinnamon to taste if you like!

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
Let sit for a few minutes and then stir it again.
Cover an place in refrigerator until thick like pudding.
Sprinkle on some cinnamon or leave plain
